UNRELEASED TERMS OF SERVICE

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Unreleased platform ("Platform"), operated by Community Unknown LLC ("Company", "we", or "us"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not access or use our Platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Unreleased, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, forming a legally binding agreement.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction. By using our Platform, you warrant you meet these criteria.

3. Account Creation and Security

You must create an account to access certain Platform features. You are responsible for maintaining your account's security and confidentiality. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

5. Content on Unreleased

Users may upload, share, and stream audio content ("Music Files"), granting us a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, publicly perform, display, and create derivative works of your Music Files solely in connection with operating Unreleased.

6. Confidentiality of Music Files

Music Files uploaded to Unreleased may include unreleased or exclusive content. Users acknowledge and agree that all Music Files available on the Platform are strictly confidential and proprietary. You agree not to download (unless explicitly authorized by the Platform), record, distribute, share, transfer, or otherwise provide access to these Music Files to third parties outside of the Platform.

Violation of this confidentiality obligation will result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and may expose you to legal liability.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Platform, including its trademarks, logos, and software, are exclusively owned by Community Unknown LLC or its licensors. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

8. Prohibited Activities

You must not:

Upload infringing, illegal, obscene, harmful, defamatory, or unauthorized content.
Attempt unauthorized access or introduce malicious software.
Use automated systems or bots to access or scrape our content.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy details the handling of your personal data. By using Unreleased, you consent to data handling practices described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Third-Party Integrations

Our Platform may integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party content, practices, or policies.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Unreleased is provided "as-is" without warranties, express or implied. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of Liability

Community Unknown LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of Unreleased.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Community Unknown LLC from claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
